Chai

Chai is a word for tea in Hindi. People all over the Middle East and Asia drink it. It is very flavorful and tastes different from the tea we drink here. It is more earthy and not as thin. It is made with more milk than water. I have the recipe but it has never worked out for me like it does for my Indian boss. So I will work on it and post it later. Sorry this picture isn't of Spilled Chai. I'll find one later!
